INTRODUCTION & BUILDING CONFIDENCE
Getting to know the group, introducing pickleball and creating a positive team environment.
For Schools · Year 8 & 9 Girls
A six-week pickleball-based intervention building confidence, resilience and leadership in girls who may be disengaged from school, sport or themselves.
About the programme
Developed by former Child Centred Policing Lead and All4Pickleball founder Sheena Maclean-Bell, the programme combines physical activity with personal development to support improved wellbeing, school engagement and long-term participation in sport.
Pickleball is uniquely positioned to engage young people who may not traditionally participate in sport — easy to learn, highly inclusive and quick to build confidence through early success.
